Terms of Service

We provide services including SEO, paid media, content marketing, social media, website design and development, email marketing, local SEO, audits, consulting, and website maintenance. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, reporting, and fees are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees. We will confirm material scope changes in writing before proceeding.

Fees, billing schedules, taxes, deposits, and payment dates are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice.

We may pause work or access to deliverables when an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, software, hosting, domains, premium media, and external tools are separate unless expressly included.

You agree to provide timely access, accurate information, approvals, brand assets, and feedback needed to perform the work. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply may legally be used and do not infringe another party's rights.

Delays in access, approvals, payment, or feedback may move delivery dates. You remain responsible for legal, regulatory, product, pricing, and business decisions relating to your organisation.

Search rankings, advertising performance, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including algorithms, competition, market conditions, your offer, and platform policies. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, revenue figure, lead volume, or timeframe.

Any projections, estimates, benchmarks, or past results are illustrative and are not promises of future performance.

After full payment, you receive the rights to final, client-specific deliverables described in the proposal, excluding third-party materials and our pre-existing tools, templates, processes, know-how, and reusable systems.

Third-party fonts, software, images, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their own licences. Working files and unused concepts are included only when stated in writing.

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business, technical, and commercial information received from the other and will use it only to perform or receive the agreed services. This does not apply to information already public, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthFuzion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or materials supplied by the client.

Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the fees paid to GrowthFuzion for that service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate according to the notice and minimum-term provisions in the applicable proposal. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written cure period.

On termination, fees for work completed, committed third-party costs, and any non-cancellable obligations remain payable. We will provide paid-for deliverables and reasonably cooperate with an orderly handover.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Kota, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution process agreed in writing between the parties.
